How does billing work?
All services are prorated to the first of each calendar month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit card payments only. All card payments are processed by Stripe.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee during the first 30 days of service.
What’s not included in the service?
Anything that you would reasonably consider to be outside the scope of ‘regular maintenance’ is not covered by our service. This includes web design, content creation and server support if you are not hosted with us.
How often will you update my website?
We monitor new update releases on a daily basis, however, we limit updates to once per week. All big updates are thoroughly tested before being applied to websites.
How often are backups taken?
We automatically take a backup of your site twice every day and you can request backups at any time. If you make a mistake, you can rewind the change!
Does web hosting include email?
Yes, there are no limits to the number of email inboxes you can have.
How much storage do I get with each email account?
That’s entirely up to you, you can set a limit or you can use as much space as your hosting package permits.
What resources will my web hosting receive?
All cPanel accounts have a generous 2vCPU and 4GB Ram allowance. For dedicated cloud hosting please visit our cloud hosting page for more information.
Will my website be in good hands?
Absolutely. In fact, all websites on our WordPress cloud will be hosted on the same platform that Cancer Research, Network Rail, Ryan Air, Cabinet Office, Thomson Reuters, The Telegraph and National Geographic host theirs.
cPanel websites are hosted on AWS servers.
What about a staging website?
Absolutely. Easily spin up a copy of your WordPress website to test changes at the click of a button and then push to your live site with the push of another button.
Can I register a domain name with WPSmart?
We do not offer a domain registration service. However, you can register a domain name with our partners over at DotEngine.
What type of support do you provide?
We provide email and live chat support. You can also request support through our online ticketing system. We do not offer telephone support – at this time.
